On November 11, 2010, the Honorable Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina inaugurated the union information and service center, now known as the Union Digital Center (UDC), in 4501 unions of the country, to provide the government and non-government services on the doorstep of the people. In the light of the success of reaching the services of the centers at the doorsteps of easy, fast and low cost, City Digital City (PDC) in 378 municipalities and 407 wards of 11 city corporations in the year 2013, and 6 special district digital centers (SDC) has been launched.


Eksebah

A new platform for entrepreneurs that was created instead of the previous DCMS. This 'one service' for all public and private services from a platform and monitoring of the digital center's entrepreneurs. Go to Entrepreneurs Ekseba website (www.eksheba.gov.bd) and complete the registration by clicking on the Entrepreneur Registration Manus. Apply for a new service attachment to create your own service basket. Daily offline report will be made daily.


Agent Banking

To provide banking services to the doorstep of the marginal people, the A2I Agent started the banking service. Already, Agent Banking services are being offered under the 5 banks (Bank Asia, Madhumati, NRBC, City Bank and Premier Bank) from 3600+ Digital Centers. Basically, through entrepreneurial banking, entrepreneurs can apply for the opening of a customer's account on behalf of the bank, collecting various types of deposits, obtaining rural electricity bills, paying various fees, and other banking services including remittance services. And through this the entrepreneurs are financially independent as well as the digital centers are also sustainable. 1. For the first 25 people performing the highest performance on the basis of information provided in the service, there will be a foreign travel by A2I.

1. Why is the golden pre-paid card?

You can be given this card for all the online service payments made from the service.

2. How to get a card?

There was a part of the three-day training program organized by the entrepreneurs at the district level, all entrepreneurs would fulfill the application of the golden card and send all the cards from the office of the Deputy Commissioner to a file along with A2I.

3. District level training was done but did not apply for the card or sent it from a district office to a file. what shall I do now?

Golden pre-paid card

# What is the golden pre-paid card?
In order to deal with the card without having any type of account in the bank, the Sonali Bank Pre-paid Card is provided.

Feature:
* Limitless loading facility
* Mobile recharge.
* Convenience of shops, shopping outlets, restaurants, where there is POS.
* No account to open.
* Cards Balance, Mini Statement Attendance View from ATMs
* 24/7 hour service
* Free tax payment.

# Card usage rules:
* After receiving a pre-paid card, the money can be loaded from any branch of Sonali Bank Limited.
* This card can not be withdrawn from ATMs. But POS (POS) and online shopping can be done. You can also pay the price of government services (where there are online payment facilities).
* Each card has an envelope with an ATM pin and an Internet pin; Combined Pin Mail has to be saved, which should be saved safely. Card ATM Pin for use on ATM machine and Internet Pin for e-commerce transaction.

# E-commerce payment system:
1. Click the VISA or Q-Cash icon on a specific web site.
Enter the card number, name, Expiry month, Expiry Year, and Secuirty Code (CVV2 - 3 digits mentioned on the card).
3. Payment must be done through Q-Cash for Internet PIN.
4. Click the Submit / Pay Now button.
5. Confirmation message will appear on the Computer Screen.

#Court activation:
* Golden Prepaid Card Pre-Acquired.
* Before using the card, sign your signature with a ballpoint pen on the back side of the customer card in the signature panel.
* Before the first transaction, the customer must change the PIN through the Sonali Bank ATM or Q-Cash ATM.

# Secure transactions:
* After changing the PIN, delete the paper containing the PIN number.
* Do not enter PIN on the card.
* Change PIN once per month.
* Avoid talking on mobile phones during ATM transactions.
* Always keep an eye on the store / outlet card to avoid possible abuse during POS transactions.
• Check the amount of money before signing the sale slip during POS transaction
* After using the card, the card must be returned.
* Keep copy of sales slip for future reference

* Annual fee is 100 taka
* Card change / new card fee is 100 taka
* Lost pin change fee is 100 taka
* 15% VAT charges are applicable.
* Gateway charges apply for transactions. (Less than 2%)

Digital Centers strong and sustainable workshops

Many of you are aware of the day-long workshop on "Digital and Powerful Digital Sustainability" held at the district level. The day-long workshop is being attended by Deputy Commissioners, Additional Deputy Commissioners (Education and ICT), Deputy Director (Local Government), AC ICT, Assistant Commissioner (nominated) and Assistant Programmer (all) and all Upazila Nirbahi Officers in the District.

Basically, district and upazila administration in the workshop discussed the overall supervision of the entrepreneurs and their cooperation in the necessary matters. Apart from this, discussions about the evaluation of the entrepreneurs are discussed.

The message is being sent to the entrepreneurs - if there is any problem in your center or yourself (entrepreneurship), then tell the upazila administration first. If it is not resolved, tell the district administration. And we're always around.

"Passport, police clearance, national ID card fee can now be paid online" through e-shipment. From the e-challan website, you can submit the following government services fees online.

1. New passport application fee
2. Passport renewal fee
3. Due to losing or being lost, the new national identity card is received
4. National ID renewal fee
5. National Identity Correction Fee
6. Amendment fees and data databases
7. Online Police Clearance Certificate Fee

Registration: First of all, register with your information at the e-challan website. The information must be filled in English. Then select the name of your desired service, fill the invoice form with the information of the person who will submit the service fee and make payment.
Initially, from the e-Invoicing website under the pilot program, those who have a pre-paid card with the Sonali Bank and you can submit the service fees from the Digital Center. Although there is no online banking facility, you can fill up the forms online and submit money to the Agargaon branch of Sonali Bank.
